How do I ship my milk to you? (Or any other inclusion)

Your inclusions can be shipped directly to Radiant Roots to begin processing. Please Read the How To section to learn more.

Do I need to freeze my milk to ship it?

Nope! The milk can be freshly pumped, frozen, expired, or anything in-between. The only milk I cannot accept is milk with visible mold.

What is your turnaround time?

Our current TAT is 6-8 weeks from the time your inclusions are received. I will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the entire process.

Can I customize my keepsake?

ABSOLUTLEY! Check out our customization page to see the different customization options. Radiant Roots does not charge for adding customization options to your keepsakes.

What is included with my order?

You will receive your order in a complimentary jewelry box filled with your inclusions, stickers, and even a mini jar of the extra preserved breastmilk that was not used for your keepsake!

What are the cancellation and return policies?

Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours after purchase.

Due to the nature and personalization of the keepsakes, I am unable to accept returns. However, I will do my best to accommodate any changes you would like to make during the preservation process.
